Petaluma General Plan and EIR

Dyett & Bhatia prepared a new General Plan and EIR for this Sonoma County city, which has long been a leader in planning-thinking. The General Plan accommodated all projected growth for 20 years within the existing Urban Growth Boundary (UGB), broke new ground in linking planning and sustainability, addressed challenges relating to downtown flooding and environmental resource management, and promoted transit-oriented development around proposed Sonoma Marin Rail Transportation system stations.
