Fresno Development Code

The updated Development Code, prepared as a collaborative effort with City staff, brought the City’s zoning and subdivision regulations into conformance with the new General Plan, and included standards to provide a more coherent sense of place, promote higher density residential development and commercial redevelopment in targeted areas. Among the significant changes are the addition of physical form-based regulations to support activity centers and foster transit-oriented development.
