American Canyon Circulation Element EIR

Dyett & Bhatia prepared the EIR to accompany the General Plan Circulation Element Update. The Element focuses on minimizing the impacts of Highway 29 through traffic on local residents, enabling Complete Streets, and increasing connectivity throughout the city.

Dyett & Bhatia’s assessment of environmental impacts included air quality and greenhouse gas emissions modeling, GIS analysis of proposed improvements on the physical environment, and consideration of innovative alternative intersection designs that can reduce congestion.
