Dyett & Bhatia in association with Robinson and Cole, land use attorneys, is preparing a new Unified Land Development Code for Saint Mary’s County. The code will establish a growth management framework for this rapidly growing county on Maryland’s eastern shore.
To support code formulation, Dyett & Bhatia is analyzing GIS data provided by the County, such as land use and zoning. Analysis involves a determination of developable land based on existing land use patterns and environmental constraints.
