In March of 2003, the San Francisco County Transportation Authority retained Dyett & Bhatia to perform an environmental analysis of the Expenditure Plan for the Transportation Sales Tax Reauthorization (Proposition B) that appeared on the November 2003 ballot. Approved by San Francisco voters, the sales tax measure will provide approximately $2.25 billion additional funding for countywide transportation improvements over the next 30 years.

Dyett & Bhatia developed a program-level EIR for the future of Proposition B in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) that analyzed a total of $11 billion of potential improvements.
