Dyett & Bhatia is working for the City of Santa Clara to create a downtown, which the city lost during the 1950-60s era of urban renewal. D&B recently completed a Preferred Option that was unanimously endorsed by the City Council in April 2004. Work is expected to begin on drafting the plan documents shortly.
