Dyett & Bhatia has been working with City officials, staff, and residents on the first overhaul of the San Bruno General Plan in nearly 20 years. Construction of a new BART station, improvements to the San Bruno Caltrain Station, and reuse of some aging industrial uses present opportunities to reshape key sites and corridors.

The recently completed Draft General Plan Update addresses mixed use and transit-oriented development in downtown and adjacent transit station areas, as well as economic development strategies and preservation of canyon open spaces.
