Dyett & Bhatia was contracted by the City to conduct a review of Administrative Draft General Plan document (prepared by another consultant) and prepare edits (of text and drawings) to enable staff to take the General Plan through to adoption, because of problems with the previous effort. Subsequently, the City hired Dyett & Bhatia to comprehensively update the zoning regulations to implement the new General Plan.
