Dyett & Bhatia is preparing a new General Plan and EIR for the City of Petaluma, which has long been a leader in planning thinking. The Plan will seek to link planning and sustainability, address challenges related to downtown flooding and environmental resource management, and explore creative methods of fostering alternative transportation modes. Land use and transportation alternatives that emphasize infill development and reinforce the riverfront are currently being reviewed.
