Palm Beach County’s new Managed Growth Tier System and Agricultural reserve Master Plan envision a comprehensive revision of the current land development code. Dyett & Bhatia is part of a national team working on this effort; D&B is heading up work on new zoning for traditional neighborhoods (TNDs) and traditional marketplaces (TMDs). D&B’s draft regulations have been refined through peer review and are now being considered for adoption by the Board of County Commissioners. They include use regulations and design standards that implement County plan policies and are coordinated with countrywide design guidelines and subdivision standards.
