Leslie Gould, Director of Planning Services

Leslie Gould has over 25 years of community development experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. She joined Dyett & Bhatia in January 2004 after five years as Planning Director for the City of Oakland. She has also worked as Manager of Redevelopment Projects in San Leandro, Zoning Administrator for the City of Mountain View, as well as in the private sector.

Her areas of expertise include planning; zoning; urban design; redevelopment; planning and building department administration; affordable housing, and open space planning. She is a skilled speaker, facilitator, and consensus builder.
