HOME		 Dyett & Bhatia served as the lead consultant to the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research in preparing the National Greenery Plan, and adopted by the Supreme Council for Planning in 1997. The Greenery Plan is a $1 billion comprehensive effort for afforestation, development of greenbelts, and countrywide landscape efforts.  It will provide a framework for coordinated public and private action over the next 20 years. The Plan is supported by extensive technical analysis and research. The design of major prototypical elements is addressed in a conceptual manner. As part of the Plan, Dyett & Bhatia also assisted in recommending amendments to Kuwait’s National Environmental Policy Act. Dyett & Bhatia’s final report was presented in English and Arabic versions.
