Dyett & Bhatia has assembled GIS databases for areas more than 100 square miles in size, developed customized mapping routines, and has "on the fly" development tabulation capabilities. We have prepared large-scale computer models—such for the 1,500-acre downtown San Diego, where each individual building is shown—which allows for detailed assessment of scale, massing, shadows, and walkthroughs.
