Dyett & Bhatia has been recently retained by this fast-growing city to perform a community-oriented visioning process for a 3,585-acre located at the City’s edge. The process will consider land-use, housing, transportation, feasibility, smart growth, air quality, and scenic preservation for future general plan preparation.

Dyett & Bhatia will strive to develop consensus or acceptable compromises around the major policy issues of the area. Public participation will be broad and inclusive, engaging the community, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
