We see environmental planning and assessment as an integral part of planning. Dyett & Bhatia has prepared EIRs on over 35 citywide/countywide planning efforts, mainly on general and specific plans, but also on several Bay Area regional transportation plans and programs. Our plans are informed by environmental concerns, and our expertise in GIS allows environmental impacts to be systematically determined and delineated. Policies to address impacts are included in the plans to minimize need for added-on mitigation.
