 Dyett & Bhatia was recently retained by Contra Costa County to provide on-going planning related services for both the Contra Costa Congestion Management and the Measure C extension, which would continue the half-cent sales tax and authorize a new Expenditure Plan and Growth Management Program. Following voter approval, expected in November 2004, Measure C- related work will specifically include the updating of the Measure C Growth Management Implementation documents, possible follow-up work on the Action Plans,  and review of the Regional Mitigation Fee Program. This contract award builds on 12 years of on-call planning related services provided to CCTA by Dyett & Bhatia.
